  • Public School 59 and High School of Art and Design
    • Public School 59 and the High School of Art and Design are located in Manhattan. The schools together serve 1,966 students, and the overall development includes a Whole Foods Market and residential condominium. The school portion was completed in 2012.
  • East Side Middle School (MS 114)
    • East Side Middle School is located in Manhattan. The school serves 438 students, and the overall development includes a condominium building. The project was completed in 2010.
  • PS 267/ former Meeth Annex
    • Public School 267 is located in Manhattan. The project was completed as swing space for PS 59 in September 2008.
  • Public School/Intermediate School 89
    • Public School/Intermediate School 89 is located in Manhattan. The school serves 700 students and includes 151-unit apartment house. The project was completed in June 1998.
  • Park West High School
    • Park West High School is located in Manhattan. The school serves 2,440 students and includes a 395-unit apartment house. The project was completed on August 10, 1979.
  • Public School 124
    • The Yung Wing School is located in Manhattan. The school serves 963 students and the overall development includes a 726-unit apartment house. The project was completed on July 26, 1976.
  • Public School 195
    • The Roberto Clemente School, is located in Manhattan. The school serves 870 students and the overall development includes a 1,194-unit apartment house. The project was completed on April 12, 1976.
  • The Murray Bergtraum High School for Business Careers
    • The Murray Bergtraum High School for Business Careers is located in Manhattan. The school serves 2,782 students and the overall development includes the Verizon telephone equipment center, a tower comprising 750,000 square feet of space. The project was completed on March 22, 1976. A related recreational and athletic center was added to the project in 1984.
  • Junior High School 47
    • Junior High School 47, also known as the American Sign Language and English School, is located in Manhattan. ECF added an addition to the existing school for 140 students combined with a 168-unit apartment building above the existing facility. The project was completed on December 23, 1975.
  • Public School 205
    • The Fiorello LaGuardia School, is located in the Bronx. The school serves 1,014 children and the overall development includes a 613-unit apartment building. The project was completed on November 12, 1975.
  • The Norman Thomas High School for Commercial Education
    • The Norman Thomas High School for Commercial Education is located in Manhattan. The school serves 2,512 students and the overall development includes an office tower with 500,000 square feet of space. The project was completed on May 24, 1975.
  • Public School 99
    • Public School 99 is located in Kew Gardens, Queens. The school serves 1,000 children and the overall development includes a 250-unit apartment house. The project was completed on September 30, 1974.
  • Early Childhood Centers
    • Early childhood centers in the Bronx (577 East 139th Street) and Brooklyn (234 Herkimer Street) were completed in 1971 and 1974, respectively.

    • The Robert F. Kennedy School, is located in Manhattan. The school serves 308 children and the overall development includes a 198-unit apartment house. The project was completed on September 30, 1973.

    • The Dr. Marjorie H. Dunbar School, is located in the Bronx. The school serves 1,035 children and the overall development includes a 400-unit apartment house. The project was completed on September 30, 1971.
