Contracts for Excellence 2013-2014 Annual Hearings

The Governor's 2013-2014 Budget states that “School districts that submitted a contract for excellence for the 2012-2013 school year, unless all schools in the district are identified as in good standing, shall submit a contract for excellence for the 2013-2014 school year”. Funds are to be used to support C4E allowable programs, as approved by the Commissioner. As of July 2013, SED has approved NYCDOE's amended Class Size Reduction plan.
